Decision Support Systems

This assignment used MS Excel to build a Decision Support System model for a bike shop. It analyzed the affect of various operational and sales strategies on the net profit. The model does a "what-if" analysis comparing cost cuts, markup changes, and a targeted sales/pricing strategy to find the most beneficial option.
